Person In Charge Level 3 Training (PIC-L3)

Course Duration: 3 Days (18 Hrs)
 
Course Objective:
This course is designed for Managers or Supervisors at the Food Outlets to ensure food safety in their day to day operations. The PIC should also know the legal requirements for food establishments in Dubai and the ways and means to ensure compliance.

Owners, Managers and Supervisors working in Bakery / Confectionery (Preparing High Risk Products like meat, egg / cream / milk based products), Departmental Store / Supermarket (Open display of open high risk food and preparing to order), Catering Company (Preparation at service site), Hospital Kitchen, Central Kitchens, Restaurants, Hotels, Food Manufacturing etc..

The Course is followed by an objective type examination conducted by Dubai Municipality Accredited Awarding Body. Successful candidates will receive Level 3 PIC Certificate.
The course can be delivered in English, Hindi and Malayalam. PIC Hand book shall be provided to all attendees.
